Two brothers to open Italian food truck in Marine City

Two brothers are bringing their like of Italian cooking to Marine City with the opening of a new pasta foods truck. 

Alex Christie, owner of Countless Pastabilities, LLC, and his brother, Anthony Christie, the supervisor of the business enterprise, will open their food stuff truck at the parking lot at 319 South Parker St., next to the Sunoco gas station.

For the very first number of months, the truck will be open up from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday by Friday, but the brothers hope to increase the several hours in the long term. 

The truck serves customizable pasta bowls, permitting consumers to opt for their noodles, sauce, meat and vegetables, as perfectly as refreshing antipasto salads and cheesecake bites.

Alex Christie stated all the recipes are his very own, and the veggies are sourced fresh new from a St. Clair County farm. All sauces are produced new and are vegan and gluten cost-free. 

The truck has been running in Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties considering the fact that very last November, but the brothers mentioned they are thrilled to carry the truck to a much more permanent spot nearer to Anthony’s property in Marine Metropolis and Alex’s household in St. ClairShores. 

The brothers stated they seeking forward to becoming embedded in the Maritime Metropolis local community and giving a enjoyable desired destination for regional family members. 

“We’re just making an attempt to deliver the community alongside one another,” Alex Christie explained. 

Alex Christie explained his adore of cooking began as a youngster. The first matter he learned to cook was spaghetti, and from there he expanded his Italian cooking repertoire for his family.
